The view from the huge terrain - from the still luxurious house in the Rhine Valley is unpaid. As a real unique figure, the elderly man stayed in the cozy bar. A professional of his profession both in drinks and in dealing with the guests.
We were there for dinner at Terassen restaurant. The service was slow and the food lukewarm. No comment came from the kitchen. In no case will we go back to dinner. Pure money and waste of time! We felt undesirable.
Yes, the good old guest house at Bonner Petersberg is better known than the former federal guest house. Here the state guests from all over the world were united during their visit to the Bonn Republic. This is where our Green Foreign Minister met the Taliban. In the meantime, it has changed to the rather "normal" hotel because public guests rarely look past the dreamy Bonn. We were there in May 2009. Prices are relatively dramatic (EG above the entrance for EUR 267), Latte macchiato for EUR 4. However, the service is very good, friendly and successfully strives for the wishes of the guests. The house was clean and picked. However, it can be seen that a modernization into the house is somehow recurring memories of the 80s and 90s. Nevertheless, no review because it offers such a great view and tranquility and the service is really good. For the fifth star we missed the special kick you will see.
