Contribuisci feedbackThe name Weinhaus may be deceiving if you expect a tavern with jugs of wine served on a naked dark table. The decor is lovely arranged with many details, classic style, elegant bourgeois. Pristine table cloths, embroided. Good also for a festive celebration. Atent service, we selected fish dishes: Zander, Salmon and Smoked Trout, and were not disappointed, all very tasty. I had Mango-parfait for dessert, had to wait for it, all freshly prepared, nicely presented and it was delicious!
The Weinhaus Buchner serve German cuisine in a very good quality. It's not a typical Weinhaus but an excellent Restaurant to eat with very good beer and wine.
Ambience, service, food and drink, 5 stars. The Weinhaus Buchner from Matthieu presents itself at above-average, clearly above-average quality. In the well-kept ambience there is the right corner for everyone, rustic in the main room or the cuddly niche, modern and fresh in the adjoining room, there is something for everyone. Therefore, the tip to ask when the booking is certainly helpful. unconditionally, the recommendation zb to the aperitif of the Tinto de Verano was excellent and food taken into account! The wine card is solid, but it is clear that there are variants and therefore the dishes are fresh, and in place. The Kalbsschnitzel Wiener was the best I had so far. It also seems to be the racer there because almost every table has ordered it. The farm itself is rather small from the crowd that expects two lapels hanging above the plate to be disappointed. For this the quality was really excellent, both the panade, the meat and the supplements very, very good. Also the presentation on the plate, class. That makes so much joy again. We also had the Kaiserschmarrn, also great. And with only 2 dishes we were fed to the point and not overseen... After a small walk on the Rhine, and the evening is perfect. We always like to come here.
We ordered the food in the Weinhaus Buchner on Christmas evening, there were goose skin with cherry red cabbage, lumps and a very tasty sauce. The portions were large and the food was very delicious. Very friendly and competent.
