Milan - Kofu

Staff are very friendly and speak both Japanese and English. They have a tandoor oven here which is great as their naan comes out great. Unfortunately the dishes are modified heavily, their biriyani is made with Japanese rice and was sticky not light and fluffy, the spice level is quite low I'm comparison to what I would have expected. The flavor overall was good.

Very interesting incident happened with the restaurant. We came from the Kiso Valley and were really hungry. We moved from the local train to the limited express at the station kofu. Since we had about 30 minutes, we ordered the food by phone and went to get the food. When we know our urgency, the restaurant owner made our food super fast and packed it very nice for us.
