Arby's - Kokomo

The prices are quite high for a quick meal, but the food was served hot and made to order.

Service is good, but they are always out of something.

I love it when we have coupons to use for this establishment, cause my favorite choice here is the turkey bacon wrap and my husband likes the Reuben sandwich

The drive thru wait was extremely long. The cashier at the window seemed robotic and uninterested. At least at 20 min wait for below average service

They don't honor coupons! Told them of coupon when ordering, told them amount of coupon, then after at pick up window they charge me more. Only then was I informed that they are now fanchise and not corporate therefore don't take the coupons from mailings anymore. Not the way to do business. This info should be posted by speaker/menu for viewing before ordering. Good luck surviving with tactics like that
