He kindly offered us two free meals to make up for our disappointment. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this IHOP and I appreciate Bryson's hospitality. Don't forget to check out the video and pictures of our meal. Thank you again, Bryson!
This restaurant is a great place with good food at reasonable prices. However, their customer service can be hit or miss. I have had both great and poor experiences with them. Last week, I tried their pick-up service for the first time and everything was fine until I went to pick up my order. I waited for half an hour and no one came out to assist me. I approached the service desk and waited for ten minutes without any help. I saw that my order was ready in a warmer, so I decided to just grab it and go. Despite only receiving half of my order, I didn't let that affect my overall experience. I would still give them a solid four stars.
My friend Jessica and I were craving some late-night food. We stopped by after buying a few lottery tickets and were in high spirits. However, we were disappointed by the long wait time to order and the limited menu options. The menu had changed and some items, like French fries and onion rings, were missing. The descriptions of dishes were also lacking. I ordered the southern fried chicken breast, but received big chicken tenders instead. I had to send it back because it was overcooked, and my mac and cheese arrived ten minutes before my meal. Jessica also had issues with her breakfast order. The server eventually corrected the mistakes and made new food for us. It seemed like just an off night for the restaurant. I recommend coming here for breakfast, as it seems to be their specialty. Prices were a bit high for what we got. I always hope for a good dining experience when I go out, as I like to tip well and enjoy my time away from home.
IHOP use to be one of my favorite places to dine. The last few times I were there, the experience wasn't that great. Its like giving your fave place a chance to redeem themselves, yet they continuously fail in some way. It will be a while before I go back.
Was sat next to a large group of children who was coughing and sneezing every where. Asked to move to another table. Mind you, the place had maybe 6 tables full, and the rest of the building was empty. Was told no that they would not let us move to another table. Server rolled their eyes at us. So we left. Will never go back. This place has gone down hill with customer service. Do not recommend
