Mcdonald's - Kokomo

Awful! They make you wait at least 10 minutes just to place your order, and then you wait another 20-30 minutes to get your food, even if it's something simple. It doesn't matter if you're the only one in line, the wait is still ridiculously long.

Went to this location at 440 am, sat at the speaker for 455 and they gave me an excuse that their headset died????? I pulled up as someone was ordering ahead of me. Regardless, y’all don’t have extra batteries? Crazy. Waited another 6 mins for my food. I was the only one in line.

I don't eat at McDonald's; I was picking up lunch for a friend. He got a quarter pounder meal. The fries were cold, but otherwise, he said it was good. The line took about 10 minutes to get through, but it was 3am, and there were several cars ahead of me. I think it's pricey. Almost $10 for one person.

I'm not a huge fan of McDonald's food at all but their Crispy Chicken Sandwich I must say is surprisingly really good I was very pleased about how good it really was ? if you haven't tried it yet your missing out, I would make it a must try for lunch and or dinner one night soon to come. I honestly can say I don't think you will be disappointed! Make sure and use the McDonald's App so you can take advantage of all of their deals rewards as well as earning points for everything you purchase using the app, that you can use towards their items under rewards later the same day or save them for another day, but remember you will not be able to earn any points nor will you be able to redeem any points without downloading their McDonald's App in the Play Store so what are you waiting for the chicken to cross the road lol jk why not have a rewarding night out

This is the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. They move you into parking spots and literally forget your there. Or they have you pull to the last window and wait as 13 people who ordered behind you drive through and get their food. Every employee is completely rude. Then again, they work at McDonald’s, I’d be a little miserable with my life If that were me as well. With multiple other locations in Kokomo, avoid this location at all costs.. only getting one star because it won’t allow me to give you zero..
