Panera Bread - Kokomo

Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!!!! In a world where taking care of the consumer seems to be going out of style it is SO refreshing to have an issue addressed and rectified with no problems!!!

I did rapid pickup with online ordering today. Got a half Mediterranean quinoa chicken salad. Customized online to take out olives and romaine and add feta, spinach, and avocado. They were busy but I merely walked in and grabbed my bag. It was done and delicious! I will definitely do that again!

First trip and wont be the last. Best French Onion soup and loved the bread bowls. My son had the mac n cheese breadbowl and he devoured it. We both loved the green tea passionfruit tea and lemonades. Restaurant was clean and service was friendly and fast. I wish there was a bread dipping sauce or jam/jelly for the bread but it was all very good.

Stopped in and had a sandwich and soup. Atmosphere is nice. Music not to loud. Great place to grab a bite to eat.
