The restaurant is located on SV Road and there are high chances you may get stuck in traffic while getting there. However, once there, it's all worth it. The food is delicious and the service is prompt. We ordered Idli Sambhar, Tea, Pav bhaji, Burnt Garlic Noodles and Gadbad for dessert. The Pav bhaji, Burnt Garlic Noodles and Gadbad deserve a special mention. Highly recommended! Tea at Rs.50/ a cup seemed overpriced and the only thing that ended up being disappointing!

Alka Vihar is been serving maladkars for ages. It's ambience and interior remains the same with a few changes. The food is decent and portion size is amazing.

Good and very old place for Veg. dishes near Malad west Railway Station. It has variety of dishes. Quality and quantity is good over here.
