Kung-fu parathas, keema with liver and baby ladi paos, the most amazing egg bhurji,mango cocktails with pineapple caviar,gulab jamun donuts..the most amazing and creatively presented food.Amazing service.
Warning-This may be a bit long...When my chaddi buddy Satish Madhavan invited us to CHEMISTRY 101, I knew that we childhood buddies with spouses would have a great time...and indeed we had a whale of a time..What struck me was the creativity and innovation with which CHEMISTRY 101 has conceptualized each and every delicacy.right from Agent Vinod ,Farzwaan,Birju Bana scientist,Never ending story part 1 and part 2,Paav in a form you would have never seen,Drums of Hell,Dal Bukhara with Kung fu Paratha,the Boy who never grew up,Crystal ball etc etc etc...the list is endless..btw these were some of the delicacies,mocktails n desserts which we devoured...and as aptly mentioned by Preeti Kokkatt even our fingers were full(let alone the stomach) to type thank you to Satish in our what's app group...the staff is very cheerful n happy to make you happy.take a bow Chef Stephen Gomes,Mr.Anupam Mayekar and Mr.Aniket Mayekar.CHEMISTRY 101 is one of a kind n you must go n experience.

Chemistry 101 is located in kamala mills where there are many other options. As you enter the place looks dull, even on a Friday night the place was empty. We easily got a table. The ambiance is okay, only thing that attracts are the beakers and test tubes, similar to ones you had it in school, hitting nostalgia. <br/ <br/ Coming to food and drinks, my opinion towards this place changed.<br/ The place took innovation to the next level.<br/ It was a risk they took , also being a major reason why this place has mixed reviews. Well that gamble paid of for us. Loved every dish we ordered. They also serve amazing Cocktails. Loved the LIIT. The prices are bit on the higher side but worth every penny.<br/ <br/ Being creative with every dish and also the names. <br/ Birju gaya mexico Nachos bhel with couple of sauses and puri with margarita jetchill. A must try. <br/ Drums of Hell Differently cooked juicy lollipop served with egg burji and pav.<br/ Sun dried butter chicken Well the name describes it, the very famous butter chicken, perfectly cooked, with paratha.<br/ A.D.I.D.A.S This dish had a very different, never had before taste to it. <br/ Amristsari Bunny Chaw Focaccia stuffed with desi vegetables topped with cantaloupe salad giving it a mixed taste.<br/ <br/ The music is good and sets in with the mood. I would love to visit this place again. It fits in well if you want have a relaxed evening on a weekend instead of the usual.
