Best place for home like food in South Mumbai. It has a very simple menu with authentic taste and comfort food. Most of the time the waiting line here is huge and it closes down early unlike other places at Chowpatty. This is an old gem of SoBo. This place has a huge long queue during wekeends. The price is very minimal. They serve amazing dal fry and dal makhani. Paneer masala and bhurji is also good to try. Choley are again lip smacking. This place gives us a rustic feel.

Any bachelor who has lived in south mumbai would know about this place. It is a very old place and most people visit here because it is inexpensive. For me i found the taste to be a bit above average, nothing that great the way people talk. But yes for a budget meal it is a place to visit.
