Contribuisci feedbackUmame’s extensive menu now reflects his passion for diverse Pan Asian food, showcasing authenticity and the flavours of Asia, going off the beaten path from regular Indian Chinese food. An important part of Umame’s menu is the ‘Sushi Sashimi’ section. You can look forward to Carrot and Onion Tempura with Creamy Spicy Sauce, Korean Kimchi Rolls – Spicy Kimchi with Rice and Toasted Sesame Seeds, Futomaki of Tofu, Asparagus, Shitake Mushrooms and Carrots with Japanese Pickles, Rice paper mango rolls -Mango, Avocado, Cucumber , Ginger And Vegetarian Sushi Moriwase – Chef’s Assortment of ‘inside out’ Rolls.
This was our first visit to Umame and we were impressed. Though it is a Japanese restaurant but it provides a huge range of vegetarian food. Asparagus brisque cuppaccino was the first delight. We ordered sushi and dumplings and we enjoyed that thoroughly. Food was great except Jasmine rice. Rice were mediocre. The dessert “Big Bang theory” was also way more hyped than necessary. It was tasty but not worth that high cost.Ambience was superb but as they couldn’t provide ya with suitable table and to some others, hence people have to be loud.
Amazing night with amazing food. Loved the sushi and dumplings.
