Contribuisci feedbackWhite owl brewery Bistro My Recommendations- • Spark (Beer) • Paulina (Beer) • Fish n chips (starter) • Jerk Chicken (Starter) • Pepper Crusted Rawas (Entree) • Baked Cheesecake (Dessert) Location- One India bulls tower of elphiston, though the building sounds really popular but this restaurant is not easy to find in the huge building. It’s a task to come to this place once you are in the building. (3.5/5) Theme- Serving fresh craft beers which are brewed at their restaurant with the imported ingredients which they import. (4.5/5) Ambience- Restaurant size is kind of medium, not very big neither very small. Got nice cycles, wheels of cycles, plug buttons, bird cages hanging on the walls of restaurant. Bar area is setup simple yet nice. At the back of bar you can see their brewery where they brew the beers. Seating has few couches and remaining got chairs. Honestly chairs weren’t really comfortable. Lighting was not really appealing I felt, very dim lights (they dim it more after 8 pm) although the place is not really a pub kind. Would have loved bit more lights while grabbing the beer. Being a Monday evening of a corporate building, it wasn’t really busy. (3.5/5) Food and Beverage- Monday evenings should be like this isn’t it? With a freshly crafted beer in one hand and delicious continental food in the other. As I said interiors disappointed me, but food and their beers didn’t. They are into making an in-house beers and selling it in their restaurants and other 5* hotels too. Raw material is imported from respective countries and then entire process of making a beer takes place here at the restaurant. (4.5/5) • Beers- Freshly brewed beer glass, ohh yes why not. Anin-house brewery serving 6-7 homemade beers is rare;normally they have more options Beers. Artificial flavours, preservations are not used in these beers. You can taste their taster and then finalise your flavour. You can enjoy their beers in 3 different options, 330 ml, 550ml and 5000 Ml which is a tower you can enjoy with your group. We tried 6 beers out of 7(1 was not available). After trying 6 beers I can say two of them were my types and can repeat them again and again. 1) SPARK- A Belgium based beer with citrus hints in it looked v transparent and light. A perfect my type of beer, light and refreshing. Can say beer of the evening.(5/5) 2) DIABLO- Irish red ale, roast caramel flavour and had good body in it.(3.5/5) 3) HALCYON- German defeweizen, a fruity (banana) hinted beer with touch of clove (which was missing). Couldn’t taste much of banana to be honest, but was fruity enough.(4/5) 4) ACE- A French apple cider giving a perfect example of a champagne taste and apple aroma. Worth a try for sure.(4/5) 5) PAULINA- Yes a German girl??? No no, a Germankolsch giving a hint of pear and apple with fruity aroma and light body. A must have beer of them I felt. Strongly recommend.(5/5) 6) SHADOW- Dark and handsome I can say, an English porter with dark body, little flavour of chocolate androasty aroma. Good for the dark beer lovers.(4/5) To sum up- Beer lovers must visit this place and that too if you are in the nearby area. Beers tasted nice and really refreshing especially after hard working day. Would love to visit again and try few more of their beers, not to forget the last beer (Torpedo) which was not available. Really loved the logo of the restaurant. Beer lovers must try place, I am sure your craving for crafted beers will be satisfied at white Owl Brewery Bistro.

The house Craft Beer with not one or two but Seven different Variants is the USP of this place . So if you are fond of beer and are tired of having those draught beers then this is definitely the place you shall head towards with your buddies to chill out . The place has a pretty cool ambience where one may see the usage of all unused articles in a smart way . The first thing that comes to your table is this collection of Seven Different Craft Beers for tasting so that you may choose the best one which suits your palate. We loved the following two variants the most . 1. Ace : which has a superb champagne flavour. 2 . Spark: citrus flavour of this one was awesome. We also loved the following food . Craft beer is all about enjoying beer as a form of art. The texture, perception, flavours, aroma, the feel and much more makes for an entire experience. It is not just about what goes into the making, it is equally about presentation, flavours and the food that you pair it with. With the concept of craft beer, many brands responsible for bringing this experience to the table have been increasing day by day. One such prominent name in these fancy brands is the White Owl Brewery. Starting with their logo, it is class apart. On a personal level, they have nailed it as far as the presentation goes. The name and the logo completely go hand-in-hand and there is a total sync which works as an enhancing factor in their overall feel. The white owl menu includes a total of 8 different flavours of craft beer. Their list of beer includes Irish ales, German hefeweizens, English beer, Ace, Paulina, Elf, Shadow, Belgian Wits, American flavours infused, as well as the French ciders. We tried their Ace and Spark. The Ace was a French apple cider. It had a prominent apple flavour and a citrus tangy touch. Subtle yet flavourful, it was pretty decent. Our favourite one, was the Spark. It was a Belgian Wit. This one balanced all the flavours which were possibly there. The citrus taste with the tangy touch and a moderate light body as well as tinge of bitterness were well in place. What added glamor to the beer were their jar type glasses instead of the typical ones. To accompany this spread of beer, we even had a huge variety of dishes. We started off with the small bites and tried their popcorns which were the best choice to go with the beer. The Parmesan popcorn was cheesy and loaded with the same. Heavy and gooey, they were a real good treat. The Firecracker popcorn was hot and spicy. The Chaat style popcorn was created with popcorns as chaat. Spiced with onions, sev puri and chaat masala, they resembled the street side sev puris strongly. After this, we tried their onion and mushroom bruschetta. Now this one had finely chopped onions and mushrooms on top of these thin crust roasted breads. Munching upon these, the flavours were on point. Next, we had the vada pav poppers. Mini spicy vadas stuffed with cheese and loaded with garlic chutney and the spicy green chutney. The spice was perfect and the small bites were perfect to try. Next were the jalapeno poppers. Deep fried jalapenos stuffed with cheddar and a base of potatoes. The side of garlic aioli was delicious. After this, we moved onto their techa fries. They were spicy and delicious. Loaded with herb mayo and chilli pepper sauce, these had a spicy and cheesy taste as well. Next was the corn on the cob. Unlike the usual one, this one was rubbed with potatoes and flavoured with masalas. This had a tangy touch too. The corn potato croquettes were long, cheesy and had a perfect balance of both. Served with romesco sauce, they make for great finger food. For the mains, we tried their sundried tomato and asparagus risotto and house mac n cheese. Served with mascarpone cheese and parmesan garlic crumble, the risotto was soulful. It had a smooth texture and was quite filling. We loved this. The House Mac and Cheese was gorgeous and soulful. The quantity was huge and loaded with red chilli. To add a certain amount of crunch, it had bread crumbles too. For the dessert, we had the dark chocolate fondant. This was huge and mind-blowing. Stuffed with warm gooey chocolate, this was heavenly. We loved this one. The overall experience was amazing. The drinks, beer, food, desserts, ambience, service, everything was on point. This place indeed has a delightful vibe and is sure to impress the foodie in you! Ambience: 4.5/5 Taste Quotient: 5/5 Service: 4/5
One of the top Breweries in Bombay, in competition with Doolally, and Brewbot. Diablo and shadow are really worth trying. Other beers are specifically for those who have a taste for them. Though I feel they dilute their beers a lot after the brewing process. Not for the average alcoholic. Avoid chicken nugget sauté. Being in a corporate premises, the scene is pretty mild on the weekdays. Don't go in your casuals here. Ask for any-4 tasters if you're new to this place.
