Contribuisci feedbackThe place had gotten unpersonal asked to use their app and order from there. The app kept crashing on 2 different phones (andriod iPhone) until it finally worked. Service was slow and they forgot our ordered dessert so we had to ask for it otherwise we would miss our next appointment. And we came a little over 2 hours before we should be the next place, so there should be plenty of time to get our lunch menu.
Many times we been there and every time either we wait 1 hour for food like today and even starter comes in 25 min like today or if we order medium than it comes totally red .People who work there are kind but we can see their embarrassed faces and that is also not cool .We only go there again and again cause there is no other steak house in storecenter.If anyone will open steak house in kolding storecenter , they will wipe the jensen bøfhus off right away .Tables are so close to eachother that I can even eat next table s food wrongly : You cant talk anything private.If you look at comments from 3 years ago and now is totally same complains so they didnt improve little bit even..So owner please dont make same copy paste reply under the comments like ‘ sorry to hear , we will look into it bla bla ‘ .If you have place like that show respect to people s comments ! Everyone nearly complain about similar things .
Mediocre fast food quality, bad service. Not recommended.
Service was horrible. Food was mediocre. Not a fan. It was clean, however.
Wait at the front of the restaurant was frustratingly slow. Lots of staff cleaning tables, talking with each other but no recognition of us evening being present for over 10 minutes….feels like a lifetime when being ignored. Food came out quickly and was well presented. Portions were small, looked like a child’s meal so not for anyone with a large appetite. Food was tasty though and steak cooked as we requested. Whiskey sauce was very good with plenty of flavour and was the highlight of the meal. Overall not great value for money and let down by the poor initial experience on the door.
