Love the octopus and squid dishes..love seafood mixed rice...cozy atmosphere..best place for a simple lovely date.

This small cosy restaurant is located in Southern Avenue near the Kalighat Metro Station.. This joint is quite known for its seafood dishes.<br/ We had visited this place in the evening.. The inside space is not too big and the tables seemed to be small for my big body <br/ <br/ We had ordered the following:<br/ Red Seafood Rice<br/ Stir Fried Squid<br/ <br/ The seafood rice was well prepared and was very much tasty. The fried squid was good too, but it felt a bit chewy to me.<br/ <br/ We didn't had time to taste the other dishes, but will visit sure someday later <br/ <br/ Overall its a good restaurant and seafood dishes are a must try.. <br/

I have been in this restaurant several times. And each time I have ordered thai chili fish. I find that they are the best in preparing this dish. There are other dishes that I love too which includes sanghai chicken, hot garlic squid, mixed sea food fried rice, hunan crab etc etc etc.The best part of this restaurant is we get awesome dishes in pocket friendly price.

As far as restaurants go, this one is a keeper. Hidden just under the shade of some of the bigger and more suitably placed restaurants in this region they offer a hospitable and cozy environment that adds to the experience.We had the smoky wok tossed fried rice accompanied with chilli pork. I kid you not when i say the meat was tender and succulent. It literally detached itself with slightest of pressure. And the restaurant went strength from strength when serving the butter garlic squid that packed an umami blast in every bite i took of its crunchy exterior and contrasting interior.

This place is near to Rabindra sarovar. This place is quite small but it's a budget restaurant for sea food lovers..must try- butter garlic squid,green sea food rice.
