If you're looking for a place with authentic Awadhi food in Kolkata at decent price...this is the place to be in... It is located in a lane off eMall in Chandni chowk area... Must try out is their mutton rezala...served in a white gravy and topped up with ghee and makrana...(a type of corn)... This restaurant has two floors...ground floor has general seating and the first floor has ac seating...

Being a foodie I always prefer good food over good fancy ambiance and sabbir’s is one of them. They are serving some delicious food since long, I mean they are serving from 60’s. Sabbir’s first got its fame for their breakfast menu which serves Tea, Paratha Rezala. One can never goes wrong with this perfect duo but if you are not willing to have paratha, they got biryani for you with their chicken or mutton delicacies. I had not experienced their breakfast but I surely tried their few items like kebab Biryani – 1 Chicken Biryani with Egg (Rs.195/ 2 Chicken Reshmi Kebab (Rs.180/ I will make this review short crisp and it won’t take your time long. As I already told you guys that their food quality and taste was absolutely top notch but do not expect the fine dining experience. They have non ac section at ground floor and a half ac section at upstairs. The service over here is also quick and prompt. If you are looking for a great restaurant near chadni chowk area and do visit them once , you won’t regret for sure. This place is located at 3/5, Biplabi Anukai Chandra Street, Chandni Chowk and open from 6AM 11PM. This place is pocket friendly too, costs approx. Rs. 800 for two. Do tried their rezala , biryani, paratha and kebabs. Will share my rezala with paratha experience over here shortly.
