Podi The Fusion Bistro - Kolonnawa

The restaurant made a mistake by raising prices, causing them to lose some customers. However, you can still enjoy a quality meal without any artificial flavors like ajinomoto. The place is clean, the cooking process is transparent and sanitary, there is a designated queue, and credit cards are accepted on most days. Additionally, you have the option to customize your meal to some degree at the counter.

We opted to try the fresh seafood nasi goreng, which had a wait time of about 20 minutes. The dish was tasty, with a generous portion size, topped with pineapple pieces and egg.

I have been frequenting Podi for lunch for the past few weeks, so this is not just a one-time experience I am speaking of. The food is excellent, with a good selection and variety available. The kitchen and prep area are clean and hygienically handled, and most importantly, the menu changes daily. There is also limited seating available for dining in. Having worked on Vauxhall St. for six years, I am familiar with almost all of the lunch options in the area, and I would highly recommend Podi to anyone.

Very good place with good food. Tasting and quality is good. Beautiful variation of food collection available. Some foods are freshly prepared according to your taste. Price is also reasonable and affordable. Price for some foods are shown where you can easily see. Service is good. Friendly staff. Can be recommended for meals.

But expensive after the last price increase. Super clean. Good combination. Taste is pure (less taste). Breakfast options are absurdly expensive. A solution for a tailor-made lunch place. Limited seat.
