Camelot - Kolpino

The best restaurant in Kolpino! Once again, we were convinced of this today. The staff is attentive and polite. The menu is diverse, and the dishes are beautifully presented. Everything is consistently delicious! Despite the gloomy, rainy weather today, it was warm and cozy even on the terrace. Thank you, keep it up!

A pleasant atmosphere, excellent cuisine, and courteous and tactful waitstaff. The shish kebab is delicious, the music is great, and there's an open terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend it!

It was a very nice place. The kharcho, shashlik, and khachapuri were all top-notch. However, the establishment has deteriorated over the last six months. We no longer go there.

We celebrated a friend's anniversary. The banquet was for 50 guests, and was served by 1 waiter, and with such dissatisfaction as if we had come to his home and demanded something from him. We had to buy ice for drinks in the store ourselves, since we were told that they didn’t have it, after that, as some of the ice in the container ran out, they asked us to renew it, they brought us a bag that they didn’t even bother to put in the freezer before and pointedly put it on the table in packaging. The plates with fruit were not placed on the tables, after asking why, the hero of the day also brought them out onto the serving table and that’s it, carry them yourself, because you need it. Complete disrespect for their guests. I do not recommend this establishment for a holiday. The service is zero.

Came with a company. Booked a table in advance. And they were extremely surprised by the dismissive attitude. The pre booked table turned out to be practically under the singer's knees and under the column (the so called duty table all of a sudden someone comes in). At the request to transplant refusal although there were many empty tables. The fact that the table was booked for 3 days boorish excuses that all the tables were allegedly paid in advance. Have you seen somewhere now that cells pay in advance in a cafe? If this is the norm in Camelot why wasn't it reported when booking a table? Hey, the administration and the head of this institution you lost us in the face of your regular customers (before, we spent all the holidays, like weekends, and believe me, the bills for our tables were very round, as well as generous tips). I think we are not the only ones who came across an extraordinary attitude in this institution ...
