I have been to this restaurant many times and have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. The buffet offers a plate of rice, a selection of mock meat, and a small dish of soup that is delicious and not too oily. I also tried pho and bun kho, both of which were good. If you're lucky, you may also get to try a freshly made banh bao, a steamed bun filled with vermicelli and vegetables, which is delicious. Unfortunately, they don't make them very often. Lastly, they have a TV with a pro-vegan channel in English or with English subtitles.

This was the best meal I've ever had and it was incredibly affordable!

I am not sure if this is the same load as the photos I added. but if we try to find this on the map on happier ****, we could not find it. we drove another road near the on the map and found a restaurant also called quan chay. I have included photos from the front of the shop. it was delicious! my friend and I have a plate rice with many beside dishes and a bowl suppe for only 30k all together! not fat, very delicious! I hope this is the same place when they can find out.

Small restaurant with 3 foods: quang nudeln or pho to breakfast and rice to lunch. their quang noodles are delicious and very tasty. the owners probably do not speak English, but a 2-dish restaurant, there is not much to say. meal times come with the usual free green tea. the place looks clean and the staff is very friendly.
