Contribuisci feedbackOrdered «Black and white» with a side of gratinated potatoes. The beef was bland and barely rare just on the safe side of edible. No seasoning what so ever. The ready made pepper sauce made it bearable. The pork fillet was perfectly cooked. The ready made bearnaise sauce passable. The veggies a big piece of green bell pepper (about 1/8 of one , a stem of broccoli and a stem of cauliflower was grazed by the grill, unseasoned and uninspired. The potatoes was barely luke warm, the sauce had some cold spots. Just a hint of cheeze on top. This dish should be dead simple to make. Especially if you just grill two pieces of meat and microwave some canned/boxed/tubed/whatever sauce bought in bulk, toss a handful of veggies on the grill, grab a few canned potatoes tossed in some canned premade garlic sauce topped with some cheeze. Lazy cooks, lazy kitchen, lousy food. We also got a beef roll and a pizza for the kids. The beef roll was huge, but had no real taste. Do the cooks know about seasoning at all?? The kid’s pizza was your run of the mill (way too slated ham strings on an OK dough with some canned pizza sauce and cheeze. No seasoning there, either. Service was lightning fast, but I’d rather wait 5 more minutes (over the just 5 minutes it took to get decent food! Friendly waiter, but the cleaner could have waited until we left. I don’t enjoy having my table cleared before everybody finishes. Sometimes, families with children needs a bathroom break mid meal… A tip for the waiter: don’t call me «chefen» (boss . Comes off sleazy. I’m Norwegian, I don’t mind to have a non formal approach. ; The whole ordeal set me back NOK 899, (we ordered 4 sodas too . WAY to expensive for such lousy food!!!! The restaurant had a dozen guests, so the kitchen was not or at least should not be swamped. Decent decor, with a hint of being a bit run down on the edges. I won’t eat here again, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is a waste of money. The food is just okay, the prices does NOT reflect the quality and the staff could use a lecture of professional manners towards customers. We asked about a 10% discount promised by our hotel, but the cashier had not heard of it. Might be the hotel’s fault, but I found it strange they had not even heard of it… Sign the place up for Kitchen Nightmares, they’ll learn a few things and perhaps stay in business. Especially if they actually starts MAKING the food in stead of just mostly nuke factory made items and put it on a plate at horrendous prices (relative to what you get to eat . Stay away. I’ve eaten better at gas stations (some of which serve rather excellent food!
Orderd a gluten free pizza and forgot the name of the other one. You never really know what you get when you order gluten free, but I liked it! We where both satisfied with out pizza. They don't have any handicap toilet (that I could see) so that's the reason for not giving a full score.
This was my 2nd visit to this restaurant, I decided to back because I had a good memory from my first visit. This review is based on my last visit. First of all I was given the worst table I the restaurant where E V E R Y B O DY had to pass, guests as well as waiters so it was not exactly relaxing throughout the entire dinner. I ordered a medium cooked steak of the house and a glass of wine. On my first visit I was with a friend and we were served nice bread and butter, but on my single visit I only got to place my order and watch everyone else receive bread while they were waiting…. Steak came and the quality was a lot more poor compared to my first visit and the only reason I came back, the red wine sauce has way too much starch in it and could sculpted on top of vegetables and meat. The meat was much closer to overcooked than medium so at least my cheeks got some exercise. At no point was I asked if the dinner was good and I was basically overlooked and ignored for the totality of my visit, not exactly nice when you are dining alone. The prices are very high, but correct when thinking of my first visit but on this visit 1/3 of the price would have been correct. Not coming back and unfortunately I can no longer recommend this place
Had a Plankestek . Medium done with peppersauce. Very tasty and well served. All 6 around the table felt like value for money.
The interior is spacy. I waited for some time for my salat which was fine, but not very exciting. I did not receive the delicious bread which was served at the other tables.
