Brasserie Benz - Konstanz

We were in konstanz for 2 weeks and went to this place 5 times, which should already tell you something. The food is truly great and the dishes are so well thought out and put together (without unnecessary fanciness). The atmosphere is also great. It has two seating areas; one of which feels like a beautiful and warm home kitchen, and the other area feels a little more fine dining but still casual. I think you'll definitely find yourself returning.

I love the ambiance of this restaurant. It has a lovely atmosphere and acknowledges the lake. The menu has changed completely though and not for the better. There is nothing healthy on the kids menu - pommes with everything and no salad or vegetables. The salad on the evening restaurant menu with the chicken is overpowered by ginger. The location is great, but we won't be back for this menu.
