It is not about confusion or pleasure, but ignorance. This means that everything works unhealthy and naturally combined. No effects and or compositional art handles are necessary to bring a lot of tasteful quality to the plates. This naturally begins with the products that are not so important here. Because it is above all the excellent fine tuning of all ingredients that is both positive and the menu design. The intensity is increased only minimally from court to court, which shows how exactly the individual dishes are adapted not only for themselves, but also within the menu. Sovereigners are barely.
Dirk Hoberg delivers a very sovereign performance in the “Ophelia”. His dishes are extremely detailed, with clever and creative composition. Nevertheless, everything always remains on a classic basis and avoids controversial elements and combinations. This would probably also not gout the well-positioned audience here. For this purpose, immaculate and elaborate craftsmanship are all the more.

After a somewhat behaved entry (Amuse and Beete), Dirk Hoberg showed his vegetable kitchen impressively as aromatically complex at this noon. With the truffle, the kitchen has given me the perhaps best vegetarian dish of my past culinary life. Also the carrot variation and the main course were able to convince me completely. Overall, the dishes were very accessible, yet handcrafted. The dessert also knew to convince despite the “inhabited” aroma. Ophelia is the highest-rated restaurant on the lake. Two stars in the guide were comprehensible for me in the weaker corridors. I'll be back soon and I'll probably choose one or the other meat. I'm curious now.
