We were in need of more than food. Had some confusion changing money, lost access to phone and computers, were typical travelers needing help from the locals. Staff was wonderful. Took time right at dinner hour to listen to our troubles and did everything possible to help us out -- and succeeded. Then made a delicious meal for us adapted to unique dietary restrictions. Atmosphere was warm, home like. Seemed to serve a family oriented, local clientele. Relaxed, friendly atmosphere, and our meal was yummy! Highly recommended.

We went with the whole extended family. Everyone ordered a different dish. All the food was wonderfully prepared, especially the game dish was very fresh and tasteful. The service was outstanding and so friendly. Very clean and charming ambience. If you are close or far this is worth the trip here. We will be back for sure.

One of Konstanz' traditional addresses, where one can enjoy local meals, friendly service a good beer or decent german wine.Don't expect any surprises or real staggering meals. But a decent, local cooking. As is was meant to be for hunders of years. You basically taste the history.Its located just over the border with Switzerland (therefor the name) and you better reserve a table, as it is full any day of the week.

Just a few meters away from the boarder this restaurant works over 60 years. delicious menu very good service although a bit expensive it offers a friendly and romantic atmosphere. we recommend it without any doubt and we will return there.

Food is excellent and service top. The delivery in Corona works wonderfully. We'll order safely or come by if it's possible again.
