(Original 家族のプールの帰りに立ち寄りました。 ここにアーマ・テラスの看板を掲げてもいいんだろうか？と疑問に思うほどのクオリティで、びっくりでした。そもそも、アーマ・テラス自体（郡山本店や駅前店に行ったことがあります）も可もなく不可もなくというようなお店でしたが、あのメニューと出てきた料理は、ちょっとどうかな？と思いました。 可愛らしいチョークアート風の看板のインテリアサインがあるのですが、そこには、ラミネートしたフォントもダサダサの写真ドーンな感じの料理説明の紙が、上からベタベタと沢山貼られていました。なんでかな？と思ったら、その下に、以前は出していたであろうメニュー達が書いてあったんですね…。 以前のメニュー構成は、ステキな品揃えのように見えましたが、恐らく、オープン当初は人員的にも回せていたんでしょうが（アーマテラスのスタッフが来ていたと思われます）、いざ通常の運用にしようと現地スタッフだけでやろうとした時には、あの人材では回せなかったんでしょう。もっと簡単なメニューじゃないと、仕込みも調理も盛り付けも配膳も…、とどんどん変わって行ったと想像できます。それに加えて、郡山の産直売所ですから、客層にもあのお洒落で手の込んだ料理は、田舎のジジババには合わなかったのかな？？ ですが、私は、わざわざあそこであの料理達を食べる気にはなりませんね…。 実際に食べた料理も味は陳腐で、地産地消を掲げているようですが…、地産地消でやっているのであれば、もっとそれが分かる料理や盛り付けもあっただろうに…。 ま、ドライブインみたいな料理を食べたいジジババに合わせたか、スタッフの運営を簡素化したかったか…。 お客の数もそれほど多くなかったですが、提供までに、ものすごく時間がかかりました。ロコモコセットやカレーなどは15分ほどで出てきましたが、ピザトーストが出るのに20分以上かかりました…。なぜ？ やっとのことで出来上がったピザトーストでしたが、幼稚園児の息子が喜び勇んで取りに行ったら、お盆がツルツルの素材で、振り返った時にピザトーストのお皿ごと、べったりとぜんぶ床に落ちてしまいました。気を付けなかったのが悪いので、息子にもそう言って、新しいのは買わなかったですが、私が持っても、お皿がツルツルしてすぐに動いたので、気を付けた方がいいですね。（他の食器やらお盆も不思議な形状のものがありました。 ロコモコセットのお盆も、縁が横２面しかなく、上と下は縁がなく、そこに所狭しとスープや小鉢などが置かれて、大人の私でも、持って歩くのに、結構ヒヤヒヤしました。） 落としたピザトーストを申し訳なかったですが、そのまま返却口に『床に落としてしまったので、ごめんなさい』と言ってお渡ししたら、スタッフのおばさまが『いいの？食べないの？本当にいいの？』と怪訝な顔付きで、何度も聞いてきたので、『床に全部落ちたので食べられません』と何度も説明しました…。 床に落ちた食べ物を、普通の人は食べるんですかね…。こんなにコロナコロナ騒いでいる時に。私はコロナ脳ではないですが、さすがに、外で床に落ちた食べ物を子どもに食べさせません…。 ドリンクの提供方法も分かりにくく、最初どうしたらいいのか分からず、しばらく席で待っていました。なんであんなシステムにしたのかな…？ 家族全員、なんか色々とよく分からない店だな、という感想でした。
