Aegli - Kos

A beautiful initiative, but I assure them that eating is also great. it is a basic Greek cuisine, but well prepared and delicious. the service is super friendly and helpful. we had the tzaziki, meatballs as appetizers, mousssaka and kalb with lemon ceste and kartoffeln as main dishes. it was abundantly portioned and humble expensive. the situation is a little surprising, they would expect a tourist trap in this situation, the more reason to try this place. do not expect a nice culinary experience, it is very straight forward, but delicious. also: let them have a good tip, right?

Friendly place, prices regularly. yogurt with fruits approx. 5€, milkshake approx. 6,5€ and frappe approx. 3€. there were some free tables, waitress was really helpful and happy too! it is possible to pay with the card.

A super nice sweet breakfast for us. we were also touched by the initiative and wish much luck!

Very good food and good service. We tried the Greek salad, the meat balls and the Salamoura. Everything was excellent !

We were attracted to the fact that this restaurant is run as a woman's cooperative. It's on the main square, so could be considered to be touristy, however we found the breakfasts to be true to their traditional roots, very tasty and filling. The Greek coffee was also very good.
