Perfect place for a drink. During the Happy Hour (5:30-6:30) two cocktails for €7. Includes salted nuts, toast and olives.
Micky was great to hear that we all enjoyed. Then an old man was allowed to sing, he pampered the night. He was rude to our friend and cannot sing at all. Will definitely go back to hear Micky and enjoy the fabulous food and service. x
Excellent service from staff. Very attentive, without being intrusive. Food was good and we enjoyed our meal. Spaghetti (carbonara) could have been cooked a little longer. Seafood spaghetti was delicious. Very big potion. Live music on Wednesday and Saturday night.
Lovely place, exceptionally clean, and looks very traditional from from outside looking in. We started on the outdoor bar area which is lovely (some nice blue lighting, comfortable sofas and seating, very friendly table service). Once we were ready to eat, we were shown over to the restaurant area, and sat outside on the terrace. The menu is Greek with Italian influence, maybe even Italian with Greek influence in fact! We didn 't order any starters, however once we 'd ordered our mains, some homemade bruschetta with herbs picked from the local hills arrived as the kitchen was busy and almost every table was occupied. Very nice and tasty! For mains we ordered; fresh squid, I had the mixed seafood grill, and we also had a couple of chicken souvlaki 's and a spaghetti Bolognese. We also ordered a bottle of red Chianti wine, and awaited our mains (20 mins I 'd guess). Our mains came, mine was delicious! My mixed seafood grill had two of the biggest King Prawns I 'd ever seen (listed on the menu as shrimps), I think also there was Monkfish, and Swordfish, along with some vegetables. I wasn 't keen on the Monkfish, the rest was very tasty, but I wasn 't fond of having to.. ahem... dismantle the prawns myself, especially with no finger bowl! The rest of the group seemed to have enjoyed theirs as well, apart from the spaghetti Bolognese that was too dry, but nothing was raised about it. I tried a taster of the squid, and that was very nice as well. The bill was one of the higher ones for our meals out (even more so considering there was only four of us on this occasion) for the round or two of beers prior, the bottle of wine and our four mains, we paid about €91. Would consider visiting again, but I believe it was a little expensive. Staff very friendly and had nice conversations with them, the place was also spotless!
