Ratatouille - Kostanay

Ратуй стал любимым местом отдыха со дня открытия! Сютно, чисто, вкусно! Дляменя вусегда важно: отствие запаха кухни, чем грешат наши кафе, спокойназновкач Мо кафе стало любимым местом отдый не толко для моей семьи мои друзей но и для нашико Что касасает Ни в Санкт Петербурге, ни в Нур Султане, ни в Грециии Отдельно хочутметитит персонал кафе: знаю Рег! Такого клиенториентированого менеджеравстретишь не везде! Ратутуй этоместо куда идешь и знаешь: твои ожидания всегда бут оправданы! Спасибо хозяевамз за островок гостеприимства в нашем городе!

Unfortunately, it doesn't warrant a score of 4.7. The salad with liver and pear is just a mix of ingredients piled on a bed of Beijing cabbage. There’s no cohesive flavor; some ingredients are ice-cold while others are hot. It’s bland and lacks any aroma. The atmosphere is a matter of personal taste. The waitstaff tend to gather at the counter, gossiping loudly, and you can hear arguments coming from the kitchen. They even carry products in from the supermarket through the dining area. It feels more like a market than a restaurant.

We went out with friends for an evening meal. Three people greeted us and took our order. The salad and dumplings were served beautifully, but then things took a turn for the worse. The sea buckthorn tea was barely tinted with a few tiny berries. It tasted confusing—was it tea or lemon water? We chose not to bring it up. The mojito with rum was also disappointing, despite being presented in glowing terms when we ordered it. The overwhelming amount of fresh mint masked all the other flavors, leaving us to wonder if there was even any rum in it! To top it off, we found a piece of plastic wrap in the glass. When we inquired about it, the staff simply stated they would take note of our concern and didn’t seem to react further. It wasn't until we raised our voices that the cocktail maker offered an apology. Since it felt like we had to push for the apology, we suggested they remove the cocktail from our bill. It could have been a much better experience for everyone involved!

The restaurant features a beautiful, stylish, and cozy interior, with lovely table settings and dishes. And everything is incredibly delicious!
