The visit was really pleasant. The variety of food is also amazing. Among the food here are nasi lemak, nasi laut, nasi dagang, nasi kearbu, roti bakar, pulut bakar and many others. The food too come handy with chicken, fish or meat. No pork is served here and as such is popular among all races, Muslims, Chinese and also Indian. parking too is not a problem. There is ample parking here.
I generally love having breakfast in Kota Bharu because of the variety of local specialties such as nasi tumpang, nasi berlauk and nasi lemak that they offer daily and this Kopitiam Kita has been enlisted in my must go to places for breakfast since the first time i went there in 2014. Although their celebrated Roti Titab is actually toast with butter, kaya and soft boiled egg, they have managed to present it uniquely and creatively to be eaten in the most pleasurable way. 1 set is not enough but try to save some space for their nasi berlauk air dingin as well! Might get very crowded during the holidays but it's worth the wait!
Just wow! What an experience. We arrived early before 8am and ordered their famous roti titab teh tarik. I had nasi lauk air dingin. I must say, it really tastes good! Come in early morning and u will be surprise of their wide selection of breakfast inc nasi dagang n others.
This restaurant occupies a spacious corner lot complete with dozens of tables and chairs. Open only in the mornings until lunch time, this is a self-service outlet; you walk over to the long tables lined with baskets filled with packages of rice sourced from all over Kota Baru and even neighbouring towns namely Nasi Berlauk Air Dingin, Nasi Tumpang, Nasi Dagang and Nasi Gulai to name a few. Tips: The signature food here is the Roti Titab; a twist on French toast with the addition of a dollop of coconut and egg jam (kaya), and a half-boiled egg.
