October Coffee Gaya - Kota Kinabalu

Recommended cafe in city centre. I like their powerful aircon, especially during the hot weather outside. Cake is fairly good, cozy environments, kid-friendly.

Went there after dinner so the ambience was cozy and warm. Service was pleasant and prompt. The food and drinks were perfect for supper.

Generally its ambience is relaxing and with their right cold temperature, it is definitely a nice place to chill with friends and family...especially when the weather is hot out there. This café won 5 full stars from GrabFood and many other awards with certificates (shown in picture). Their hot Long Black coffee is good with economy price (than in Penang or KL).

Frappe tastes goods, France toast (rm10.80) even thou comes with lot of fruits/ nuts/ raisins but a little dry as they did not put in whip cream or maple syrup (u could add in some sugar syrup from the self- help table) could help a little... scones (rm12) is goods thou... place not as cosy if it get too crowded, it could be noisy... they do have a level 2 when it get too crowded... staffs are friendly n nice, even that big guy can actually short charge a rm2 for our Korea strawberry frappe ...

I stopped in for breakfast. The french toast was very good. The cappuccino was also excellent. The wood interior makes for a relaxing, warm atmosphere.
