We went first to check it and stayed for spirited coconut milk latte, they were happy to replace milk with coconut milk at no cost and our drinks were delicious. We went back to dinner the same evening, unfortunately the vegan special was not available because they 't get good Jackfruit, so we had the 3 'Nibbles' from Gado Salad, Tempura Veggies and Bean Bowl. Since these were listed as "Nibbles", we thought they were small, but everyone was a meal in themselves. The tempura consisted of a good mix of vegetables in a great crisp dough with a surprising caramel dark chocolate drop around the plate, they were so good. The bean bowl was full of taste with tofu, rice, lentils, chickpeas and more with a delicious dressing of passion fruit. The Gado salad was once again unique and beautifully aromatized. The care and attention placed in this food is amazing, the flavors were like nothing I had before. We were in Verse in Dickwella in the previous night and the food there was not as good as this place plus it was twice the price. So impressed by the dinner we returned to Fire Fly for lunch the next day, where we had the curry and rice (only a few times) again the food was impressive, well presented without being pretentious. Since the options on site were very close we went back to dinner and had the same 3 dishes, but the place was packed, we had to wait for a seat, but the owner who is a beautiful guy was fantastic. We finally got our food that was just as perfect as the eve, despite the pressure of many hungry customers waiting. They will do well if they keep this consistency of quality in their food.
