I ate here yesterday. It's a bit like Luk Sau in Central HK for anyone who was there. There is a menu with 6 or 7 points. I had a written message about "no egg products, no dairy products, no honey". I was focused on what to choose and what to avoid. I had a very nice dish with a mixture of different things. I also got a nice bowl of soup. I was offered rice that I refused. 35 hkd seemed decent. The service of the Gentlement did not speak much English. With my pretty Abysmal Cantonese, it might have been tricky. My written message helped how did what seems so often to happen in HK to help another customer with better linguistic skills than I chipped in. I like it when people are so nice and helpful, it adds to the whole round good mood of a place. This place is good to eat when you are nearby.
We visited the restaurant during their opening hours, so we didn't have a choice of dishes. However, we enjoyed a delicious and satisfying meal served by friendly staff.
I dined at this restaurant yesterday. It reminded me of Luk Sau in Central Hong Kong for those familiar with it. The menu had 6 or 7 items listed. I had provided a written message specifying no ice products, milk products, or honey. I carefully selected my dish and ended up enjoying a tasty combination of flavors. I also received a delicious bowl of soup. I was offered rice but declined. The price of 35 Hong Kong dollars seemed reasonable. The staff did not speak much English, but my basic Cantonese and written message helped. Another customer with better language skills also assisted. I appreciate when people are friendly and helpful, as it enhances the overall atmosphere of a place. I would recommend dining here when in the vicinity.
I had lunch at this restaurant yesterday. It reminds me a bit of Luk Sau in Central HK for those who have been there. There is a menu with 6 or 7 items to choose from. I had a note specifying 'no egg products, no milk products, no honey' which I showed to the staff. They guided me on what to choose and what to avoid. I enjoyed a delicious dish with a variety of ingredients and a lovely bowl of soup. They offered rice, but I declined. The price of 35 hkd seemed reasonable. The server did not speak much English, but with my limited Cantonese and the help of my written message, I was able to communicate effectively. Another customer with better language skills also helped out, which added to the positive atmosphere of the place. I appreciate when people are friendly and helpful like this. I would recommend eating at this restaurant if you are in the area.
