Cafe&deli Indigo Coffee - Kozaki

I found this restaurant by chance while searching on Google. I had a Cafe Mocha Jelly and Darjeeling Tea. The bittersweet Cafe Mocha Jelly paired perfectly with the cream and was delicious. I visited this cute cafe for a late lunch in early October 2019. I would love to visit again if it were closer. The cafe started as a specialty store for side dishes, and their popular egg omelette dish led them to open the cafe. The interior is simple and charming with a sense of style and personality in the windows and decor. The food menu had a variety of options, but I chose the freshly fried tempura as the main dish. It was delicious with a light, crispy coating sprinkled with salt that enhanced the sweetness of the vegetables. The popular egg omelette was a standout, with a perfect balance of sweetness and flavor. The meal also included a salad, cold soup, and side dishes like stir-fried bitter melon. Each dish was so delicious I wanted to eat them every day. For dessert, I ordered a custard pudding with a caramelized top, similar to a creme brulee. It was delightful. The cafe also serves coffee, which was delicious, possibly hand-dripped. The owner was lovely, and I look forward to returning for another meal.

It's a hidden gem cafe where you can spend time in a quiet space. I visited without a reservation, but since it was just after opening, there were seats available. The ordering system is pre-paid. After careful consideration, I ordered the set meal of prosciutto and baked cheese galette and pudding. The set meal is low-priced but comes with salad, drink, and dessert, so the satisfaction level is high. The galette has a chewy texture with the perfect combination of salty prosciutto, smooth cheese, and egg. The pudding was smooth and delicious. It seems like the owner is cooking alone, so the service may take a bit of time, but if you are patient and let them know your order in advance, there shouldn't be any problem. It has become one of my favorite places. Thank you for the lovely time.

20210314 再来店 20201018 偶然発見した隠れ家的カフェ。単に検索して立ち寄ったお店でしたが、ここまでクオリティが高いとは思いもよりませんでした。 「大人のお子様ランチ」という名の魅力あるプレートをいただきましたが、写真の通り好きなものがギュッて詰まってるのですから美味しいに決まってます。 オムライスは想像通りですが、驚いたのはスープとサラダのドレッシングとハンバーグのソース。そしてデザートです。 表現しづらいのですが、スープのスパイスはなんだったのだろう。胡椒とのことでしたが、絶対に何かひと手間加わっている仕事をしているはずです。他、とにかくはじめての味に驚愕しました。 デザートはカフェモカゼリーをいただきましたが、モカの苦みをあえて残し、クリームを甘めにすることで口に入れた時にとても楽しめるデザートでした。 強いて難点を挙げるとすれば、バイクの場合、傾斜が怖いです^ ^（3枚目の写真）。ま、これは自分のテクニックを磨くしかないですね^ ^。 次回は家族とお邪魔したいです。 追伸 オーナーと一緒に写真を撮らせていただきましたが、女子との写真なので会員限定のプラットフォームで公開したいと思います。とても気さくな、明るい可愛らしいオーナーでした。
