Seats positions are badly designed, you need to jump over people to leave or to get to your seats, food is poor, I recommend to see how other airlines/airports are competing, but the staff is great

Good borsch soup and huge variety of fruits!

Very compact lounge but close to the gate, food and beverage is simple (light food)

Service at the front desk was cordial efficient. Primary coffee machine was broken, but they have a backup immediately.
