When my wife asked the bartender about drinks, he informed us that there were no available seats, despite the fact that the place was less than 10% full. From what I observed, it seemed that the establishment catered more towards men rather than being a place for dining or drinking.
My friend and I spontaneously decided to seek shelter from the freezing winter by going inside a restaurant. We originally planned to just have coffee, but ended up ordering beer and a few appetizers instead. The restaurant was bustling, but we had a great time before heading off to watch an ice hockey match. We will definitely be going back soon and highly recommend it to everyone!
After a hockey game near the arena, we discovered this restaurant. Despite the place being almost full, we were able to secure a table for our large group. The service was excellent and they had a great selection of beers. We tried a variety of burgers and everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed them. I would recommend this place to beer lovers and those who appreciate a pub atmosphere.
Popped in thinking it wouldn't be much after the ice hockey game at the ice palace, as usually pub food isn't anything special. We got a pleasant surprise as the salmon with spinach and pork with brocolli was at restaurant level. Really really good food. Quite pricey compared to St P's average but worth it. Service was very fast even though the place was packed after the game. Lovely evening.
Beautiful beer, nice team. good for a pre hockey drink!
