Restaurace La Fresca - Kromeriz

I recently stayed at Hotel La Fresca during a trip to Kroměříž and had dinner at Restaurace La Fresca. The restaurant is small and cozy, with a decent-sized patio overlooking the picturesque town square. Some staff members speak English, making communication easy. I ordered the braised lamb with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach for dinner, and was impressed by the generous portion size and delicious flavors. The sauce from the lamb was especially delightful. The menu features seasonal dishes made with fresh ingredients from local farms, resulting in tasty and flavorful meals. The prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. Overall, I would definitely return to this restaurant if I find myself in the area again.

Service absolutely off. Everything took them. He doesn't know what draft beer they have on offer. She brought soup to the gentleman at the next table after the main course, we didn't get our food at the same time. Food quality rather below average. Tuna and dried chicken. The meat is perfectly cooked, the staff is friendly, and the service is fast. The atmosphere may not be fancy, but it is very pleasant. It's a great value for the money and I like that the kitchen stays open an hour later than other restaurants in the square. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.

We waited about 15 minutes to be served (the restaurant wasn't even half full), meanwhile at least 6 couples left the table next to us to wait for service. The poor part-timer was there all by himself to serve and guide the guests to the hotel. Food completely dried out. Couldn't even finish it. Service: Dine in

I was at the La Fresca restaurant for a late lunch and I had a quiet lunch when the occupancy was small, and today's summer storm during the main meal didn't disturb it either. The staff was nice and willing to accommodate me with regard to my diet. The restaurant is part of the hotel and is surrounded by a pleasant outdoor garden under an archway with a beautiful view of the landmarks of Kroměříž. The toilets are well maintained and therefore clean. For myself, I can warmly recommend a visit to this restaurant in a historic building on Velký náměstí.
