The legal address does not correspond to the geotag on the map, so if you go to the address in the Google map, you can only see the local attractions of the village, the dacha sector and take a selfie in the sunflowers. I was very upset in the room for 1500 UAH day — the complete absence of: a refrigerator, a hairdryer, the absence of even a minimal list of dishes. To quench my thirst at night, I had to overcome an obstacle course and get to the gazebo with a public refrigerator, but it could have been different on the territory you can only call from a mobile phone, the mobile Internet does not catch which entailed a quick departure, as to work remotely there is no possibility. There is no WiFi signal on the territory, and if it was possible to connect, then there is no download speed at all, it 's like with cages in the territory for squirrels: there are cages, as it were, but the animals themselves are not. На территории есть бар но работает до 23 и очень маленький ассортимент , пришлось завтракать мороженным с кофе . Для отдыха все есть . Беседки , мангалы , в беседках присутствует Кухня. Пляж чистый , присутствует на пляже душ. Не большой бассейн. Очень много шезлонгов , мягких мешков , бунгало. На территории теннисный корт с мини футбольным полем . Порадовало не большое количество отдыхающих людей . Администратор молодец . Из минусов , а они всегда есть и будут : это дорога или вернее направление к комплексу , ее просто нет . Адрес юридический не соответствует геометке на карте , так что если ехать по адресу в Гугл карте можно посмотреть только местные достопримечательности посёлка, дачного сектора и сделать селфи в подсолнухах . Очень огорчило в номере за 1500 грн сутки —полное отсутствие :холодильника , фена , отсутствие даже минимального перечня посуды . Что бы утолить жажду ночью пришлось преодолеть полосу препятствий и добраться до беседки с общественным холодильником а могло бы быть все иначе на территории можно с мобильного телефона только позвонить , интернет мобильный не ловит — что и повлекло за собой скорый отъезд , так как работать удаленно нет возможности . WiFi на территории нет сигнала , а если и удалось подключиться то нет скорости загрузки вообще , это как с клетками на территории для белочек : клетки как бы есть , а самих животных нет. Если хотеть абстрагироваться от людей и побыть сам с собой то вполне достойное место. Ценовая политика не всем будет доступен отдых , но это и не пионерский лагерь Ромашка.

За такие деньги как вы требуете за всё, и за вход, и за беседки, и за домики, обеспечте своё заведение профессиональным персоналом с полотенцами на руках, а беседки и домики всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха! Никому не советую ехать в «Усадьбу К»!

Проживание в двухкомнатном люксе 4500 гривен за две ночи без питания. Холодильника в номере нет, телевизор для антуража, так как трансляции каналов рывками, вода то есть, то нет. За все нужно платить космические деньги. Досуга нет, бассейна нет. Играл с детьми в мяч на половине футбольного поля, взяли 800 гривен за 2 часа. Больше не поеду ни когда.
