I waited for an hour for my delivery, and then they told me it would be delayed another 40 minutes. Terrible service. Rating: 1.

I absolutely love this chain: everything is always delicious and fresh!

In my last delivery order, there was a hair in the sushi, and two boxes of rolls were crushed. The manager said they would bring replacements, but after 1.5 hours, we still hadn’t received anything. I asked for a refund. They didn’t seem too concerned about losing a customer. With each order, there’s always something wrong—either they forget the chopsticks, or the sauce, or they send the wrong rolls.
