Essence Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur

Went to the Essence for the dinner buffet and found that it is not bad.There were a large varieties of food choices.There were Japanese:Italian :Western;Indian and Chinese.Cakes ;local kuih and satay which was very nice are also available.As for carpark ticket:get it stamped and you pay only rm10 if you dined at the restaurant.Services by the staff was very good as well

Buffet lunch. Good variety of food and dessert but duck prawn not the best fresh standard.

Perfect...!!! Me n my wife really enjoyed the tomahawk buffet dinner, the FOODS was EXCELLENT, the service was perfect and we really had our happy n beautiful moment. Kudos to all staff of Essence, all of u were great n beautiful, i know some of them maybe works on double shift due to shortage of staff, but all of u were great, hardworking n very funny....it was really happening. One of u named Intan, i'm not sure wether she was the captain, supervisor or manager but Intan really made our evening beautiful n happy, she's really funny, friendly n hardworking, the other one i forgot her name, maybe Sarah or shima...and one cute little lady with hijab, wearing the orange stripe uniform helped me with my cappucino...keep up the great work guys n gals, for sure i will be coming again. InShaaAllah.

Went for a dinner buffet last week..for rm 168 per pax and since im using Marriot Club voucher I've got the second pax foc...not that many people..but the waitress showed us to a table which is beside their working place .where they clean up the left over food,plates and glasses. So that particular place is quite noisy where waiter and waitress come and come....i see there a lot of empty table and yet....food wise except for the tomahawk and the lamb others are just ok...boleh lah

Finally, thet had re-open their business after quite sometimes decided to close due to pandemic. During my visit, they only offer for ala carte menu and was informed that the buffet menu will be available by next week. All the food ordered was okay except for the pumpkin soup and the char kuey tiaw that tastless. They are still catching up after the long holiday and please be more patience while waiting for your food. As for your information, the chinese and italian restaurant has been closed for good.
