The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf (pavilion)

This review is about one of the male staff’s behavior. He took our order and asked if we wanted extra whipped cream and caramel drizzle on our drinks and we clearly said no Thankyou. After that, we ordered cake, and he insisted if we wanted the extra cream and caramel on our cake which we found v.weird and we nicely said no thank you AGAIN. After he served the drinks that had whipped cream and caramel drizzle, we called on him to the counter where he said that it comes with the drink, and then to our surprise all drinks were charged extra in the receipt. After confronting him, he tried to take out money out of his pocket and said “it’s only 3 RM”. Very rude behavior and it’s not even about the money, it’s about respect. Be careful tourists!!

Cozy and silent. Everyone busy with own gadgets and labtop here. Clients talk slowly and respect others privacy. You can see most of their clients are more civilized or don't care others here. Anyway it's the place that you may enjoy best coffee or try their special tea with choices of cakes or snacks. Both indoor and outdoor seats sanitised frequently to make sure customers safety. Very good service and warm welcome greetings from their staff made your day. Mr Fariz did a very great job. Very good customer service and do an extra care to make sure their customers are happy and get what they are looking for. Time to enjoy your coffee or tea in a very cosy nice and of course stylish atmosphere

CBTL outlet that provides sit down service. Quite crowded. Prices include service charge unless you takeaway. Service is good. Clean comfortable. We came here for drinks while waiting for the rain to subside. Had the cold brew teas which were quite refreshing. Peach Jasmine is our favorite. Also shared a slice of carrot cake which I must say is some of the best around. Overall worth a visit if in the area.

Clean, bright, friendly service. Very conveniently located inside pavilion mall's ground floor. They serve a variety of breakfast sets with either coffee or tea.
