Khalipah Cafe 2 - Kuala Perlis

The check-in process was super simple and fast and the staff was friendly, they gave us a good recommendation where to go to dinner. the room was quite spacious and had everything we needed for our 1 overnight, when the next morning the ferry to langkawi had. we stayed for only 1 night and arrived late the afternoon so that not really much to explore, but it felt like the hotel was a bit in the middle of nowhere so location is not excellent, especially if they only stay to catch the ferry the next day. I would recommend looking a little closer to the ferry terminal. there were also some families with children who stayed in the hotel, who were quite loud at night, but nothing else can do the hotel.

Very nice hotel. if their rooms have to be on the stairs. beautiful rooms, but no warm water heaters for showers. many parking spaces in front of the hotel. very efficient and friendly hoteliers. can buy many chocolates in the lobby. love the care products.

Very large NO-GO the place is old, dirty, shapey and very, very loud. dust on the mirrors and cabinets forever and a very inviting empty roll of toilet paper. nothing has been done to block noise. only concrete walls and thin doors. the air conditioning system flows through the missing pipe line into the bathroom, so that the sound of the water will always be there. so the sound of any other room, whether they snore, snore, tw watching, coughing or worse. the young at the reception had to hold a tissue at the nasentip to prevent the nase from spreading even more disease. old blood stains and other stains on the beds make this look very inviting also. in flur there is the constant bombardment of the sound that comes from what I think could be the loudest air conditioning in the world. everything in all was the sleep beside no one, and we felt very dirty after staying here.

I love this place very clean. friendly and helpful reception officers. easy parking. many places to eat in walking distance.

It's practical. Room is clean. Wifi is good. Shower so so. I think it's the best Perlis can offer for budget motel of 100 to 200rm. Wouldn't call it boutique as deco is non existence. Didn't clean the room though between days of stay.
