The dish was elevated by the delicate and aromatic soy sauce, complemented by the subtle notes of ginger slices, spring onion and fried garlic. However, my culinary journey took a disappointing turn when I detected the overpowering presence of either overnight oil or coconut oil sprinkled on top, which unfortunately marred the overall flavor with an unpleasant taste. Without this unfortunate addition, it would have been a perfect dish. The price, set at RM17, was reasonable for a steamed fish dish of this caliber.
Very traditional cooking method and delicious. Price is reasonable consider the seafoods are very fresh. Will come to this restaurant again when visit Kudat.
Ordered pork meehoon soup and iced lemon tea, i would say, the meehoon soup was just a basic meehoon soup, kinda bland, nothing much in there and small portion for the price. just order something else. the iced lemon tea was ok. In term of cleanliness, don't expect too much.
No menu, just order what u feels like eating. Ordered kangkung belacan , sotong goreng telur masin, soup hamchoi isi ikan and charsiu. The belacan used for kangkung dish is very not nice. Hamchoi soup taste very diluted like something is not enough. Only sotong goreng is nice i like it. Price for food and drinks, I consider cheap for 5 pax. For parking area, spacious but there is a big tree there so u can park under the tree . Your car won’t be hot.
We came here to have breakfast. Serve non-halal food. The owner is friendly. Their food is tasty and cheap.
