I had a wonderful experience. The hospitality there is truly exceptional and spot on.

Awful service. We waited for over one hour for our food. Continously told by staff after the first 30 minutes that the food was coming when it wasn't, even after speaking with management. We eventually left without eating. So embarrassing and disappointing.

You can wait for an hour without your food arriving. Even after that, the workers don’t show empathy. A lot needs to be done in improving their customer waiting time.
