The Parlour - Kungsbacka

This place is variable! Just a 16-minute walk from Gotia Towers and centrally located near public transport. The decor is beautifully made and the lights are dim enough for a chill vibe. I had some delicious cocktails and the pizza there is delicious! Next time I'm in town.

Second time here, and was positively surprised by the change. Was disappointed by the food choice and taste the first time, but this time around it was so good with the menu change! Luckily they have not changed the cocktails menu, as it was great in the first place. Well done! Loved the dessert options, and the chocolate (with a note of rum I believe) one was seriously good, one of the best I've tried. Nice and polite staff too.

Hard review to write, the staff was kind but distracted, we chose the tasting menu which was.. tasty but we had to wait a long time between the dishes. It seems like they were understaffed after the covid restrictions were lifted. I would recommend this place, perhaps not during peak hours.

The food was delicious, but it took forever to be served, almost 15 minutes. This delay made it hard for us to actually eat, so we would not consider going back.

It is an average restaurant. There is nothing particularly special about it, but the ambiance is nice. You can have a good time there.
