Classic American Diner, Jyvaeskylae

I was on a business trip to Jyväskylä, FInland. I found a restaurant caller Classic American Diner.The athmosphere was plastic, everything fake 50's american stuff around. I ordered an angus burger with creamy pepper sauce and with Pepper Jack cheese. I told the waitress that I want the beef medium minus. She answered that it i minced meat. I told that yes, medium minus please. Yhen, when I got my burger, there was maybe a tablespoon amount something cream sauce, industrial french fries, not own made! And the burger... the beef was way overdone! It was so dry and dark that I had to ask the waitress. She told me that the chef makes every burger like that, since it is minced meat. Worst burger I've ate in Finland!!! I've had many excellent burgers in Finland.But noit thhis time. Won't eat here again!

The place is not even that pricey but there are restaurants with better products and nicer interior than this.

The food was tasty, the menu had lots of options to choose from. Not the best place for vegans and no-gluten folks, but a non-extreme vegetarian will find something yummy to nosh on.

I've seen the menu. It's too expensive for a hamburger. It's nearly 15€. So we didn't eat : Also, It's quiet.

Sisustus ja tunnelma myötäilivät mukavasti teemaa ja ruokakin oli hyvää. Annos oli erittäin riittävä (M) ja kaikki syömärit kehuivat annostaan. Palvelu oli ok ja ravintola siisti. Interior and atmosphere held up to the name of the restaurant and the food as well. The serving (M) was more than enough and everyone from our group told the food was great. Service was ok and the restaurant was clean.
