Ive never left a comment, but I really felt compelled to today. This is my 3rd time ordering via DoorDash Something is always missing (this time it was the coke no zero , packaging is less than stellar (bag with chips/fries had a tear like next to no tamper sticker perhaps dasher?? portions always seem smaller than when we go into the store itself and looks like prep was extremely rushed. Taste was okay, but mild instead of spicy (order spicy . Not great value the best value would be the tacos (if you go into the store directly . Otherwise it always feels like I should have ordered from a proper restaurant vs fast food.

The Cali Burrito was fantastic. It was generously filled with a variety of ingredients, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious flavors.

The fries lacked seasoning and weren't very crispy, but they were still decent. The bowl was quite good.

Every time we order from this restaurant, something goes wrong with our order. Items are often missing or mixed up with someone else's. The Three Hard Tacos are barely filled, and it's a stroke of luck if they're even a quarter full. While the food has good flavor, the overall experience is very disappointing.
