Hi there, last Friday I called the restuarant and ask them to make 12 plain naans, the women on the other side said it will be ready in 30 minutes, I said ok, after 20 minutes i went there to pick it up, she said i have to wait 10 minutes, which is fine, after 20 minutes I asked her again and then said the same thing, I waited for almost an hour just to get my 12 naans, where as everyone in the restaurant was keep getting served and also the takeaway orders was going out. my guests were waiting at home, which was embarrassing that the host was at home. finally when I get my naans after an hour, can we back home, opened the bag and almost every naan was completely burned, hardly 3 naans were ok, with the guests in the house waiting for the naans to start eating, it was a moment of shame and embarrassment for me. everyone asked where did u buy them, I told them it was lime and spice now known as Coyla under new management. I will never ever buy anything or dine in with them anymore, neither did all the guests that were present at that time at my place. I would rate them 0 out of 10 for customer service and minus 10 for their food. Please check the pictures of their naans.

Go anywhere in Melbourne and I bet one won't find this quality and quantity food. I being an Indian from Hyderabad can't live without biryani. Lime N Spice has an amazing biryani and unlike other restaurants who give lot of meat and less rice, they maintain the ratio same as restaurants in Hyderabad. Food here makes me go nostalgic. One biryani and it's definitely for 2 people. Much love and keep rocking.
