Pizza Hut Bundoora - Kurunjang

I placed an online order at this restaurant and received a notification that my order was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, I found that they hadn't even begun preparing it. After about 15 minutes, I finally received my order, only to discover that it was not only the wrong base but also the wrong size. I drove back to return the incorrect order, but there was no apology, and the staff member made it seem like it was my fault. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I won’t be returning.

I had an excellent experience with the customer service here. I accidentally placed multiple orders, and they promptly refunded me in cash yesterday. I was incredibly grateful for their help. The chicken tenders in Mango Habanero were absolutely delicious!

Classic Pizza offers a great selection of pizzas with quick service and a friendly staff.

I would rate this experience a zero if I could. We waited an hour without ever receiving our order, even though the app indicated it had been delivered. Our order was remade, but I had to cancel my plans just to pick it up myself. If you’re craving pizza, I suggest going elsewhere!
