Potato Corner Bundoora - Kurunjang

Ordered more than a few times and the fried flake is absolutely delicious. It's crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. The portions are good size. The chips are also crunchy and well seasoned. Customer service is prompt and friendly. I will definitely be coming back here again!

This place would have to be hands down the BEST fish and chips I've ever had! The shop was immaculately clean. We ordered the fish burger, chips and onion rings...OMG the food was amazing! crisp, clean, tasty, generous serving sizes and cooked to perfection! Cannot rave about this place enough! Yummo!

Beautiful light, crispy batter, the flake is fresh, generously proportioned and delicious. The Islands Deluxe burger has a nice thick patty with a tasty sauce, encapsulated in a soft brioche bun. Well worth a try. The calamari and scallops have the same batter as the flake. Slight criticism is I found the calamari and scallops slightly underdone, but it’s not a fatal flaw and I will be a returning customer. Staff are friendly and prompt. I look forward to coming back.

Great fish and chips. The fish was surprisingly massive! Not too oily and crispy. Not too sure if able to comment on chips as it was soggy by time we did the take away. Some chips were crispy. Very accommodating as we ordered the family pack in terms of swapping some items. Overall very satisfied.

First of all, the server who attended to me was incredibly friendly, which made for a great experience. The prices are reasonable given the portion sizes and flavor of the dishes. However, I did find the fish to be a bit too oily; it would have been nice to have something to help absorb the excess oil, as it felt a little heavy on the stomach. I’m definitely planning to return to try more dishes. The staff mentioned that their specialty is actually their burgers, which I was hoping would be the fish. I had the whiting fish, and it was very tender and juicy. The batter was thin and crispy, and it held up remarkably well, although it was slightly oily. Overall, it's a wonderful place to dine.
