The Workers Cafe Deli Preston

This place rocks! Life is full of different experiences, right? I had a big Bunnings run this morning and was about to drive past the Workers Cafe Deli a second time and thought, why not, let’s see whether Melbourne’s cafe culture extends to these sorts of places. This place is a beauty. To my surprise it is large inside as well as being very clean and ordered. There’s a good range of food available including the sort of old fashioned indulgences that stir the memory banks. There’s healthy and sometimes unhealthy food here. I saw a dim dim and grabbed it to eat. Delicious it was too. I love a dimmy every now and again. My cappuccino was a good one too and would put several hipster palaces I know to shame. The service was absolutely lovely here too. This place was doing a steady but manageable stream of business in late morning. I think it might be pretty busy at lunch given all the surrounding businesses. Give it a go here. I loved it.

Great ambiance, hospitable staff and tasty food. Be sure to give it a go and drop in if you're in the area as even some friends of mine travel a fair distance just to go there! Keep up the great work TWC!

The workers cafe is at the top of my list for the tastiest and freshest eateries in all of Melbourne. It is well priced, you get both quality and mouthwatering food, the coffees are always great and the kind and cheery workers always make you feel welcome. Highly recommended as every experience there has been wonderful. This place simply ticks every box!
