Rabiang Phatchani - Kut Chap

Wonderful lakeshore restaurant with prices that are slightly higher than at ordinary provincial restaurants, but it's a beautiful place to sit and enjoy the views over the lake at sunset. He had the hors d'oevre platter with delicacies such as spring rolls, prawn satay and Pork filet in banana leaves, plus some duck larb and yum neua, authentically spicy and delicious

Nice local restaurant with a good variety of esan and thai food. Reasonable prices. Good service. Good views of the lake and the park.

A must if you like authentic (luxury-style) Thai cuisine. Great taste. The only problem I have there is mosquitos.

Popular old restaurant on Nong Prajak, nice views from the terrace upstairs, very enjoyable. We found food to be rather average, service was just ok, and were disappointed when told that the kitchen closes at 8.30pm. One dish we ordered was not available (we were told 10 minutes after ordering), we had to rush as the kitchen was closing within minutes.
