The texture is perfect. tender, juicy and fleshy taste trap my consciousness repeats the scenes of these dishes come back and forth to the table. The staff here is very friendly and try to explain well how to symbolize the food culture in Bali. This extraordinary culinary experience is a must back to Bali.
What an exquisite culinary experience. Very recommended. The restaurant is located in the Indigo hotel. First-class waiter. The service was amazing and they repeatedly returned to the table to explain every dish, it is origin and attentive to say the least. Kicked with a hand wash ritual. This is a first, truly like a king. Every dish was delicious and well prepared. One thing that is unforgettable is the coffee plant and cashew baked sourdough with date butter. This is the bomb. Had two orders from this sourdough and date butter. I could eat the smoked date butter all day. Only heavenly. Very recommended and will be back.
Literally the best Indonesian cuisine I've ever had. This should have a Michelin star. Simple but elegant, each detail of each part of the course was well prepared, balanced. If you are looking for a real kitchen near this area, don't miss it.
